​This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans offered on the ZepoLive application, owned and operated by ZEPO LIVE.
​We offer a refund on our subscription plans only if a technical error occurs that prevents you from using the application and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
​Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have been banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to sharing inappropriate content or harassment.
​No refunds are issued for partial usage of a subscription period.
​Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
​Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.
